Cancellation and Refund Policy

Introduction

The Nutrition Council of India (NCI) strives to provide high-quality educational resources and services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your enrollment in our courses. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for NCI courses and clarifies that no refunds are available for membership fees, conference fees, workshops, and payments made through our website.

Courses Fee Cancellation

If you need to cancel your enrollment in an NCI course, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@nci.in.net or nutritioncouncilofindia@gmail.com.

Refund Eligibility

  • Partial Refunds: A partial refund is available if you cancel your enrollment within 14 days of the course start date. The refund amount will be 50% of the course fee.

  • No Refunds: No refunds will be issued if you cancel your enrollment more than 14 days after the course start date.

Refund Process

Once your cancellation request is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the payment process will be deducted from the refund amount.

Membership Fees

All membership fees paid to the Nutrition Council of India are non-refundable. By purchasing a membership, you agree to this no-refund policy. This applies to all membership levels and types.

Conference Fees

All fees paid for NCI conferences are non-refundable. Once registration is completed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-attendance.

Workshops

Fees paid for workshops conducted by the Nutrition Council of India are non-refundable. Once you have registered and paid for a workshop, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of your attendance or participation.

Payments Made Through the Website

Any payments made through the Nutrition Council of India website for services or products other than courses are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, digital downloads, physical products, and donations.
