Dehradun: The academic book The Physiology of Nutrition, a publication of the Nutrition Council of India, was formally released during the 2nd National Congress on Nutrition and Public Health, in the presence of eminent nutritionists, academicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals from across the country.

The book provides a comprehensive scientific understanding of the physiological principles of nutrition, including nutrient digestion, absorption, metabolism, and their role in maintaining health and preventing disease.
