Nutrition Council of India Launches Prestigious Fellowship Programme in Six Specialized Domains

Dehradun: The Nutrition Council of India has announced the launch of the Fellowship of Nutrition Council of India (FNCI), a prestigious national-level fellowship aimed at strengthening leadership, advanced research, and interdisciplinary excellence in nutrition and allied health sciences.

The fellowship has been introduced to recognize and nurture accomplished professionals, academicians, clinicians, and researchers working across diverse sectors related to nutrition, health, and food systems. Designed as a high-impact academic and research platform, FNCI seeks to promote evidence-based practice, policy-oriented research, and innovation to address emerging national and global nutrition challenges.

Six Specialized Fellowship Domains

The FNCI will be awarded across six carefully structured domains:

  3. Dietetics & Nutritional Sciences

  4. Agriculture & Food Systems

  5. Food Science, Food Technology & Food Safety

  6. Ayurveda, Integrative & Alternative Health Sciences

Each domain reflects the Nutrition Council of India’s commitment to a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to nutrition, integrating clinical science, public health, food systems, and traditional knowledge.

Advancing Academic Excellence and Leadership
